Partnerships
Learn about our community involvement and engagement. As we move forward, CAS remains dedicated to strengthening our partnership with the American Cancer Society and expanding our efforts to fight cancer in all its forms. Together, we can create a lasting impact and inspire hope for those affected by cancer, ensuring that no one faces this journey alone. We look forward to engaging our employees and communities in meaningful ways as we work toward a future free from the burden of cancer.
American Cancer Society
CAS is proud to collaborate with the American Cancer Society on a variety of impactful projects. Through this partnership, we are poised to make a significant difference in the fight against breast cancer. We actively encourage our workforce to engage in fundraising and advocacy efforts, fostering a culture of giving back. With the support of the American Cancer Society, CAS aims to leverage its resources and employee networks to positively impact the lives of those affected by breast cancer, working towards a future where this disease no longer poses a threat to individuals and families. Our initiatives include establishing a corporate giving program and participating in health education campaigns, further solidifying our commitment to combating cancer and enhancing patient care.
Hope Lodge
Additionally, we are involved with the Hope Lodge programs in Boston and Tampa. This initiative offers vital support to cancer patients and caregivers who must travel far from home for treatment. Beyond providing lodging, Hope Lodge creates a sense of community, allowing guests to connect with others facing similar challenges. This emotional support is crucial during treatment, fostering companionship and shared experiences. CAS has contributed by serving lunch to patients and caregivers, and we plan to continue this partnership with many more events in the future.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
One notable event we are partnering on is the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative. This collaboration reflects our strong commitment to community health and wellness, inviting CAS employees, along with their friends and families, to participate in activities designed to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. By getting involved in this meaningful cause, we not only strengthen team spirit but also contribute to the American Cancer Society’s mission of funding groundbreaking research and providing essential support services for patients.
