Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products in coordination with the Quality Technician to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables

Participate in MRB meetings and product dispositions.

Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for CSR (corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs

Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues through PDCA and 8D to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

Maintain Corrective and Preventative Action (CPAR) process to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identified solution is in place and effective.

Ensure Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) are effective and resolved in a timely manner.

Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation

Monitor risk-management procedures, and use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams

Provide training and support for the Quality Management System; Quality systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Collect, analyze, and summarize data leading to continuous improvement of Company and Customer quality.

Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment

Collaborate with Department Managers to maintain, create, & revise QMS documentation as necessary to maintain ISO 9001 registration.

Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software

Assist operations in conducting First Article Inspections (FAIs) and customer product verification reports / FAIs

Conduct Supplier and / or Internal Audits as needed.

Complete customer compliance requests

Provide Quality Engineering support for all iAutomation facilities as needed.
