We offer engineered systems and services to provide OEM and end user customers a complete automation solution.
Job Description
- Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for CSR (corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues through PDCA and 8D to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain Corrective and Preventative Action (CPAR) process to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identified solution is in place and effective.
- Maintain Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) are effective and resolved in a timely manner.
- Use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams to develop and drive continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data leading to continuous improvement of Company and Customer quality.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
- Collaborate with Department Managers to maintain, create, & revise QMS documentation as necessary to maintain ISO 9001 registration.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products
- Assist operations in conducting Product Verification Reports (PVR) / new production launch
- Conduct Supplier and Internal Audits as needed.
- Complete customer compliance requests
- Participate in MRB meetings and product dispositions.
- Provide Quality Engineering support for all iAutomation facilities as needed.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering is required
EXPERIENCE
- 3- 5 years of professional experience in Quality, Process, or a related field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Periods of time spent on manufacturing floor. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Some work requires moving and lifting of product or equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Typical office environment. Occasional visits to a warehouse or manufacturing environment. The role may require working in industrial settings with exposure to machinery and operational hazards.
